Ashley called meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
The Board Members and General Member discussed the lack of funding and lack of communication from the city re: funding.
Neil wants to discuss bringing retail into the District. Ashley suggested discussing it as a board over a phone call instead of waiting for the next General Meeting.
The members voted for the Executive Board by secret ballot.
